R&D/Testing
At XMold Polymers, our state-of-the-art R&D facility is equipped with advanced testing and analysis instruments to ensure the highest standards of product performance and reliability. Our in-house capabilities include a Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for precise mechanical property evaluation, spectrophotometers for accurate colour and material analysis, Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) testers for thermal performance assessment, flammability chambers (UL 94) for fire safety compliance, and impact testers for durability evaluation. This comprehensive setup enables us to carry out rigorous quality checks, accelerate innovation, and deliver polymer solutions that meet demanding industry requirements.
